Work with what you got!

We are running slim on food here at the Money Residence. Luckily I can prepare a delicious dinner with the fresh vegetables and goodies we brought back from home.

Roasted Red Potatoes.. so easy to make and SO tasty!
Roasted Red Potatoes
Red potatoes halved
1/3 c olive oil
1/2 packet of Italian seasoning

Preheat oven to 450 degrees
In a large plastic bag, combine the seasoning, oil and potatoes. Close the bag and shake until the potatoes are completely covered.
Pour potatoes into a medium baking dish, bake for 40 minutes.

  1. That's how my mom makes her red potatoes too! I love them! They are also super yummy as a lunch for work. I put them in the microwave and just add salt and peppa. :) I love it when I'm sent home with fresh veggies. Makes grocery shopping so much nicer.
